The Tuesday morning Cazenovia Tai Chi group has been meeting for many years. Each class is a separate entity that covers all relevant material so newcomers can fit right in. Simple exercises are introduced each week that can be practiced while attending to one’s daily activities.

A short series of movements, as well as explanation of their application to daily activities are covered.

The class is sponsored by CASA at no cost. Anyone over 55 in the Cazenovia School District is welcome.

We will be meeting in the handicapped-accessible Meeting House at the Cazenovia Presbyterian Church on Albany St. from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.
