Please note that Building Use requests are reviewed monthly during our regular Session meetings (usually the third Monday of each month). Please keep this in mind as you plan for your event and submit your request sufficiently in advance (6 weeks would be nice).
Use this form if you need to be reimbursed for an item, or you are requesting a check for payment of services where an invoice or bill is not typically provided.
